Kumar has an enviable track record of having successfully completed 14 FPSO Topside modules construction projects including 2 E-Houses. A qualified Accountant, Kumar has served several Multi-National Companies like Bristol Myers Squibb, Sulzer, BDO Binder, Clough, etc. and had carried out several Process Improvement projects. He served as General Manager for Al Jaber Heavy Lift & Transport division, Singapore which is part of the 70,000 strong, Multi-billion Al Jaber Company, Abu Dhabi, for 7 years managing the Fabrication as well as the heavy lift/Transport divisions of the Company in Singapore.
RENUKA CHANDRASEKARAN – Director, HR, ADMIN & IT
A Medallist Post Graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Renuka has more than 20 years of experience in managing wide range of projects in India, Australia, France and Singapore. Renuka managed the implementation of an ITES project while working at USD30b Coles Myer Company, one of the largest Departmental store chains in Australia.
KANNAN –HSE Manager
A seasoned WSHO professional with complete set of WHSO qualifications and training, Kannan has worked for worked for large FPSO Topside Module Fabricators like Dynamac, Asia Offshore and has also supervised Safety operations in Facebook Data Centre, Singapore.
R. RAMAMURTHY -Head of E&I
An electrical/electronics engineer with an advanced diploma in Process Control & Instrumentation, Ramamurthy is also a Comp EX/ATEX Certified Inspector. He has worked in prestigious companies like L&T ECC, one of the largest Engineering & Construction group in India, SBM, Kongsberg, Jurong Shipyard and Drydocks world and has managed several electrical & instrumentation projects including E-houses for Catcher and Husky Madura Projects.
AJAY KUMAR – HEAD -FINANCE
A Certified Public Accountant by qualification, Ajay has more than 25 years of experience in procurement, Logistics and administration responsibilities.

Jeran Chan is an experienced professional with a strong project management experience in Shipyard, Construction and Process industry projects covering Piping, Mechanical and Electrical Works.
